Urchinfists are one of Davy Jones' Crew from The Flying Dutchman. These bloated creatures haunt Cursed Caverns and the Forsaken Shallows on Isla Tormenta and attack with grenades. Urchinfists can also use Siege Charge. Approach with caution, they are not to be underestimated.
Urchinfists and Spineskulls seem to be based on Koleniko, a member of Davy Jones' crew in the movies.
Urchinfists are known to appear between Level 43-50 (Health 4,050-4,750)
