Unfortunate Fabio is a Undead Witchdoctor boss residing in Tortuga Graveyard.
He hides behind a large tree on the Western end, with other undead pirates and brutes nearby.
The pirate must confront Fabio as part of the A Hexed Sparrow quest during the St. Patrick's Day holiday.
Tia Dalma needs him to create a new lucky charm for Captain Jack Sparrow.
