Underground Warehouse is one of the secret Meetup Locations player pirates can use for private gatherings in game but outside of the regular game areas.
Pirate and Musician Thatch Roberts functions as host. He's the brother of Roberta Thatch who tends bar at Bowman's Dinner Theatre.
Like other Meetup sites, the pirate can open the a Lobby Menu (originally the Lookout Menu) or pressing (L). From Lobbies, select Adventures and then Meetup.
Once teleported here, the player can invite friends, crew and guild mates to join them. To exit, simply use the Exit door to return to your last Port of Call.

The warehouse itself is fairly massive, allowing for a large group of pirates - maybe even an entire guild to gather inside.
There's not much in the way for decor, but a number of things catch the eyes. There's stacks of goods in all the corners, barrels of handy weapons, and a few improvised sitting areas. Thatch himself takes up residence near the center, happy to play a tune for a few coins.
