Move smartly there, Mister - or ye get the lash!
This passive sailing skill gives the pirate the ability drive their broadside crews to reload their cannons faster than normal.
Increasing this skill decreases the reload time even more. This skill is unlocked at Sailing level 17 and as a passive skill does NOT require the pirate to press any key or click any button to activate. It is always on.
While the base skill increase is 3% per level with a maximum of 5 (3 with Basic Acces), after Rank 5 the increase drops to 1.5% per rank.
