Sofie Moreau is the sweet French pastry chef on the island of Bilgewater. She is also the owner and proprietor of Le Patisserie, a bakery and pastry shop.
In addition to being a baker and a business woman, Sofie is also a mother. Her son Francois Moreau is a spy for The Keepers of the Code. She's been concerned since he's been sent to Kingshead and hasn't heard from him in some time.
