The Skeleton Arm appears to be an actual severed arm of a long-dead skeleton, but behaves like a Rare Cutlass. It grants the user a Power Slash break attack.
It could only be obtained by redeem code, "skeleton".

- This item did not exist in Pirates of the Caribbean Online, but was added to The Legend of Pirates Online.
- A gypsy named Pelegia created the Skeleton Arm using voodoo and an artifact found in the Catacombs to help pirates fend off against the Undead, and prepare for Friday the 13th occurring from April 12th to April 16th in 2018.
- The redeem code expired on April 16th, 2018
- On June 29, 2019 during a GM event the Redeem Code ARM was released to grant pirates this item.
