The Skeletal Striped Bandana is one of six rare Bandanas that was added to The Legend of Pirates Online in an update on October 28, 2017. Unlike the other five that can only be found in loot, the Skeletal Striped Bandana is a reward for completing the Hollowed Woods event quest.
