Shantytown is an area on Bilgewater between the Town Center and The Gilded Quarry. Named for the loose collection of ramshackle homes and merchants that line the pathway. This is also where The Keepers of the Code keep their Keepers' HQ and the Great Hall, where the secretive group holds their meetings and interacts with the residents of the island.
