Scarlett is a working girl from Tortuga, who seems to both enjoy and despise the company of a certain Captain Jack Sparrow.
Her sister Millie Cutts is married to Hendry Cutts, a former Black Pearl crewman. Rumor has it that Scarlett and Millie are only after a pearl necklace Hendry promised his bride during their very short time together.

Scarlett can be found just outside the Faithful Bride in the center of town.

Game Notes[]
- Before the Tortuga Redesign in 2009, Scarlett had a Magenta Skirt, instead of a brown one.
- Scarlett in Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead Man's Chest and At World's End was portrayed by Lauren Mahler.
- In POTCO, her name was misspelled as "Scarlet", which was contrary to every other mention of the character. However, this has now been corrected.
