The Puffer Blade is a powerful famed cursed broadsword added to the game along with eight other new famed Cursed Blades in the Forsaken Shallows expansion.
This blade (like many of the other Cursed Blades) is followed by a black, shadowy trail.
It can only be found in Loot on Raven's Cove or Isla Tormenta after completing the Raven's Cove Story Quest.
