The Peppermint Candy Grenade is a variation of the standard Grenade weapon. It changes the grenade in the pirate's hand to look like a large striped mint candy.
It performs exactly like the standard types of grenade, except the Peppermint Grenade grants a Healing Boost Ability and a Determination +2 bonus.
The Peppermint Candy Grenade can only be added using the Redeem Code PEPPERMINT - when the code is available (usually during the time the Yuletide Manor is open in December and January).
- Requires Grenade Skill level 6 to use.

- This weapon skin was not included in Pirates Online, but added in The Legend of Pirates Online.
- The Peppermint Grenade has a base damage of 11, which +1 higher than the standard Grenade.
