The Navy Hat was a common hat that was once worn by a Navy Solider. When El Patron's Lost Weapons was on the Test Server in March 2010, players were able to obtain this hat through loot. However, they were removed from the game completely (even from players' inventories) in a pre-live bug fix patch.
