Marauder Cove is a PvP map used for both Capture the Chest and Domination. It's a sprawling fortress with a tunnel and catwalk bridging the two halves and a small townsquare inbetween.

Once a mighty Royal Navy fortress, this massive structure was overrun by pirates and abandoned. Now, two crews of buccaneers fight over control of the fort and the hordes of treasure stored within.

The towering spires in the distance is part of Fort Vagabond and is not currently accessible to pirates playing either Capture the Chest or Dominion.

Capture the Chest[]

When used as a Capture the Chest map, the fortress is divided into halves with a Red Base at one end and a Blue Base at the other. Pirates from each team will be trying to take Treasure Chest from other team's base while protecting their own booty.

Also Red and Blue flags will appear on their respective bases during this event.

Map[]

In this mode, a flag for each team hangs from their bases and a pedestal for the treasure chests placed inside them.

Domination[]

In a Domination game, two teams will be fighting for control of 3 areas on the map. To gain points, they must occupy an area, unopposed by the other team for a full count. Once they 'own' that area, points will accumulate the longer it's in their possession. The goal is to continuously occupy the most areas for the longest amount of time.

Map[]

When playing Domination, the island is divided up into 3 areas. The (B) Area is a Town Square centered around a water fountain. During Capture the Chest, this area is closed off with a gate.

Exploration[]

Under the Adventures tabs in the Lobby, pirates can select Exploration. This allows the pirate to tour maps without actually playing a mini-game or PvP. Players can take their time to scope out the Marauder's Cove fortress for future CtC and Domination matches or use the space for meet-ups.
