Maddox is a Guard Boss in the service of the Royal Navy. He has been known to appear spotted on Port Royal and Tortuga, taking the place of a regular guard. He may also serve on Royal Navy Flagships.
He spawns at Level 4-8, and brandishes a bayonet. Maddox is not much of a threat to more experienced pirates.
