Long Volley is a grenade skill for throwing a bomb much farther, thereby attacking a pirate's enemies at a much greater distance. It is comparable to the Take Aim skill on guns.
This skill becomes available at Grenade level 4. Increasing the skill level will increase the damage done with the grenade, and does not affect the distance. The skill also does double the damage of a regular grenade throw.

- Select the Grenade Pouch and then select any type of grenade.
- Aim by holding down the right mouse button or using the arrow keys.
- Hold down the left mouse-button. A gauge will appear at the bottom-right of the screen. As the level rises, the distance the grenade will travel increases.
- Release at any time while charging to throw.
