This bulgy-headed member of Davy Jones' Crew from The Flying Dutchman is found on Isla Tormenta. They attack with a variety of Daggers, including Viper's Nest. They can be found at the Kelpbrain corner on Isla Tormenta.
They appear at Levels 33-40 (Health 3,050-3,750). If you get close to him he will use a Cutlass.

- Kelpbrains look similar to Palifico from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
- Kelpbrains suffer from a glitch similar to that of an Undead Raider, for if you get at just the right distance away, he will stop throwing Daggers, draw a Sword, but not move or attack.
