Jacinto de Algora is a gunsmith whose de Algora Gunshop can be found on Bilgewater in the Town Center, just before the archway gate.
Jacinto considers himself a true Spanish artisan gunsmith, and with that high self-worth comes a very high quality selection of unique firearms but also a high price tag.
For pirates who have NOT completed the Chapter 5 Story Quest. He will only offer a standard selection of ammunition over the counter. But, once they've earned The Keeper's trust, Jacinto will offer you his finest works.
He offers the pirate the standard assortment of bullets, grenades, and cannonballs) as well as accessories.

The pirate will need to see Jacinto as part of the Bilgewater story quests regarding using his skills to aid Ella O'Silver and Daniel Selkirk.

The firearms available on Bilgewater are some of the finest and most powerful found in the Caribbean, but they do come with hefty price tags. Buyer beware.
However, the pirate will NOT be able to see or purchase these items until they complete the Chapter 5: The Keepers of the Code story quest.
