Go see Dajin Ming, Jeweler on Tortuga, to begin the quest. Ming has new competition and his associate wasn't coming to work for a mysterious reason. He will ask you to stop the competition's supply by sinking some of their cargo ships.
Game Note: When El Patron's Lost Weapons were released there was a bug that doubled everything that a pirate had in inventory. Because of this mistake, some players have two onyx ear loops and can wear a matching set.
