General Sandspine is an Undead Grenadier boss leading the skeleton hordes at The Rat's Nest on Tortuga. He is one of four generals the pirate has to overcome to complete the Taboo Doll Upgrade Quest.
Out of all the Undead generals, he is the second-weakest - although still a tough endeavor.

- Sandspine can appear at levels 18-25.
- He uses a variety of grenade attacks.
- This boss can be very dangerous for medium level pirates and lethal to starting ones.
Location[]
He can always be found in this same place in Rat's Nest at the top of a steep hill, where he can oversee his troops.
