Captain Garcia de la Avaricia (Garcia of Greed) is a Spanish pirate lord in the struggle for control of the Caribbean between Spain and France.
Garcia maintains a stronghold on Isla De La Avaricia, where pirates loyal to Spain launch their ships and re-arm.
He can be found on the roof of Avaricia's War Room, carelessly downing drinks, instigating drunken brawls, and attempting to coax pirates into joining his cause and plotting his moves against his bitter rival Pierre le Porc of France.
