Forgotten Grotto is a map area used for PvP (Pirate Vs. Pirate combat), deep inside a hidden cavern under Isla Tormenta. The map is relatively small, meant for 1 vs 1 Duels up to 4 pirate Mayhem.

To fight a duel or Mayhem in the Forgotten Grotto, press "L" for Lobbies. Select Pirate vs Pirates, Mayhem, then select Forgotten Grotto for the Location.
Or you can play tourist and wander around the map or hang out with friends in Exploration mode. Select Adventures, Exploration then select Forgotten Grotto.
