Flotsam Blade is a powerful and Rare Cursed Broadsword. It grants the user the Cursed Thunder ability to strike your enemies with lightning, as well as immunity to Blindness. Like most Cursed Blades, it is followed by a black shadow.
It can only be found in Loot on Raven's Cove or Isla Tormenta after completing the Raven's Cove Story Quest.
