Edward Stormhawk is a stooped old man who stands on a corner across from McCraken's Weaponery on the Eastern edge of town, on Port Royal. To the casual eye, he appears to be a harmless old beggar and just another town fixture.
But, the rumor is that when he was younger, he used to serve as a mercenary. The pirate will have to visit him as part of two Fortune Quests:
