The EITC Mercenary's Cutlass is a common, but fairly powerful weapon used by the deadly soldiers of the Black Guard.
This cutlass grants the user a Power Slash ability, as well as increases to the Parry and Cleave skills. EITC Mercenary's Cutlass is the most powerful common cutlasses in the game that can be found in loot.
