The Dutchman's Pestilence is a Famed Cursed Blade. This sword has three very powerful abilities, including Hurricane Slash, which can knock down foes around the wielder, Blood Fire which builds more damage after every enemy the user defeats and it has a high chance for a Critical Strike - doing even more damage.
