Increasing this ability increases the rate of health recovery.

- Rank 0 is used as a skill preview. However, in some cases it is used to define base damage. Such as when using a broadside of a Copperhead ship, when your explosives are not unlocked yet. The damage you see at 'rank 0' is what the broadside explosive will do.
