Davy Turnbull is a gunsmith on the island of Cuba. However, he doesn't have a fully realized shop on the only recently colonized islands.
But, rather Davy has set-up shop under the stilted foundation of La Bodeguita, the tavern. The building provides shelter for his wares. And makes a convenient stop for pirates hunting in the western Caribbean.
However, he still offers the usual firearm ammunition, grenades, and cannonballs in addition to accessories like (bullet pouches, grenade sacks, and cannonball barrels).

Before Port Royal was rebuilt in POTCO during the Island Destructions, Davy was a gunsmith on Port Royal, and the owner of Turnbull's Weaponry. However, he and his shop were NOT rebuilt at that time and never returned to the original Pirates Online. He was added back in The Legend of Pirates Online.
