Cut is a basic Dagger strike. It is the first and least powerful ability of any a dagger combination. The wielder slices their blade across at the enemy.
It is unlocked when the Pirate first unlocks Dagger. Increasing this ability increases the amount of damage this ability does.
Several Undead, Ghost and Thrall enemies also use this attack.
