Story[]
As Halloween approaches and the veil between this world and the next grows thinnest, the barrier to the Hollowed Woods is once again opened. Returning the mysterious, ghostly village, the pirate encounters a strange occurrence. A Jumbee is outside of the closed off Mine Entrance leading into the Crystal Caverns. The mine was long since shutdown, but this zombie Jumbee Jim in frantically digging - trying to get inside.
Unlike other Jumbees, prone to attack interlopers, this one is entirely focused on his efforts - talking about freeing Captain Windshadow, who is trapped in the Hollowed Woods Town Hall.
Fearing the worst, the pirate dashes to tell gypsy Myrna. Realizing the danger, Myrna directs the pirate to her partner, April May. And April can see the growing threat if the Jumbees are indeed trying to free their former master.
The pirate is dispatched to try and halt their efforts, first by trying to recover April's lost voodoo staff, then by assaulting the Jumbee Miners and their Jumbee Thralldriver overseers. But, to no avail.
Finally, she devises a potion that will freeze the diggers in their tracks but the pirate must gather the precious ingredients or all is lost.

Not long after he found his way to the Hollowed Woods, Windshadow discovered the abandoned mines that had become depleted and visited them often. What the villagers didn't know, Windshadow was using the mines and his newly built Hollowed Woods Town Hall as cover for his efforts to locate the source of The Watcher's power. He performed dark voodoo rites in the darkened tunnels, causing Hollowed Crystal gemstones to grow from the walls and fill up the caves.
These gems attracted miners and workers back to the Hollowed Woods seeking their fortune and now provided Windshadow with an able workforce to speed up his aims. One fateful day, his efforts bore fruit and he broke into The Watcher's Shrine. Using his voodoo-crafted Storm Sphere, Windshadow began to siphon her power. Her very existence threatened, The Watcher unleashed her fury on the village!
Intent on stopping Windshadow and saving who they could, the gypsies closed off the Hollowed Woods to the outside world. Myrna was killed not long after she managed to seal Captain Windshadow up inside the Town Hall. April attempted to save the miners but only managed to seal off the cavern before she succumbed.
Years went by, and the gypsies barrier on the village held and kept Windshadow from escaping. But soon Jolly Roger came to Port Royal. Gathering his undead army, he was drawn to the village. He resurrected many of the dead and recently dead as well as Windshadow's Jumbee crew. Those zombies trapped in the mines now had new purpose - to free their master: Captain Windshadow.
Game Tips:[]
- While it is recommended your pirate be Level 45+ to be able to handle the enemies in the Crystal Caverns, it is not a requirement. If you are below the recommended level, you can recruit a crew to help your endeavor.
- You will need to have Fishing Level 15+ to be able to catch Lump Fish and rent a Fishing Boat.
