This quest unlocks in your Journal at dagger level 15. The quest allows to unlock the Coltello dagger. This weapon has a wickedly curved blade and is bladed on both sides, ending in a jagged, cruel, point. It also has a Powerful ability, which makes this dagger very lethal.
