Celtic Trousers are Common, loose men's pants. They are only available from Isaiah Callecutter, Seamstress Anne, and Nathaniel Truehound from their respective tailor shops, Callecutter's Tailor Shoppe and Seamstress Anne's Shop on Tortuga and Truehound's Tailor Shop on Port Royal. They resemble the Denim Trousers sold on Padres Del Fuego and Port Royal.
