Rare Items

Objects of this Item Rarity are more difficult to find, more often found only in Loot from more powerful enemies or by completing special quests. They are well-crafted items and usually require a moderate to higher skill level to use.

Although not as powerful as most Famed weapons, they are usually easier to find. In Pirates Online, a player pirate had to have Unlimited Access in order to equip a Rare Item.
