Cassandra is a young working girl, who plies her trade on the far side of town on Port Royal. Standing just around the corner from the beach, she waits for returning sailors.
She's not as renowned in the territory as Scarlet of Tortuga, but still many enjoy her company and are willing pay her well for it.
She may also have valuable information of goings on in the Caribbean's largest settlement or give the pirate help in a quest.
If injured, she is also able to heal the pirate for 5 gold which can be useful for invasions.
In the Black Pearl Story Quest, while working to have Gordon Greer released, you must recover June Greer's parrot from her.
Cassandra herself does NOT offer any quests to the pirate.
