Captain Windshadow was a pirate with powerful voodoo magic who went to the Hollowed Woods seeking the power of The Watcher. Pirates must face him as part of the Storms in Hollowed Woods quest.
As part of the rewards for completing the quest, pirates receive pieces of garb that create a complete Captain Windshadow outfit. The pieces collected will depend on the pirate being male or female.
This outfit can only be found by performing this quest and only during the Halloween season when the Hollowed Woods are open.
