Buff Buster is a gruff figure who works the door at The Festering Fish as a Bouncer. While he may warn the pirate to behave themselves, he will not bar entry to the tavern.
His attitude when talking to the player pirate will lighten up once the Chapter 5 Story Quest has been completed.
