The Blue Band is a common hat that can be worn by both genders. They can only be worn by Unlimited Access Members. They are only available from Tobias Pugpratt, Adoria Dolores, and Isaiah Callecutter from their respective tailor shops, Pugpratt's Tailoring on Cuba, Dolores Tailoring Shoppe on Padres Del Fuego, and Callecutter's Tailor Shoppe on Tortuga.
