The Bilgewater gypsy, Madam Bernadette, keeps a shop in Town Center as opposed to owning a traditional gypsy cart. Bernadette's Elixirs & Brews sits corner across from a meat market and next door to Bernadette's Home.

Inside, Bernadette has several large bookcases and shelves along the walls and she keeps a Potion Table at the end of the room. Madam Bernadette herself stands behind a work counter.
Quests[]
The pirate will visit this place several times as part of the Story Quest: The Keepers of the Code and to build the Teleportation Totem for Bilgewater.
