Basil Calledougal is a NPC who can be found in Porc's Tavern, dancing along with the musicians. He was once Cannonmaster on Port Royal at Fort Charles. At one time, he wore a regular Royal Navy uniform, implying he once in soldier in the King's Service.

Now, he associates with the French privateers. His brother Bert Calledougal now stands in his stead.
