One of two Padres Del Fuego shipwrights, Balthasar Bollard, offers common services of buying, selling, upgrading, and repairing ships.
His stand can be found on the beach in front of Los Padres. The dock here was obliterated by lava flows and a couple of shipwrecks can be seen on the shore.
