Avaricia's War Room is a building on the Spanish Privateering island Isla de la Avaricia, which acts a base of operations for Garcia De La Avaricia's forces in their on-going battle against the French.
Garcia is up on the top floor, reviewing his strategy maps and papers.
Inside, his First Mate and brutally efficient commander Lieutenant Machado plans their strategy to take over the Caribbean with privateers Diablo Cienfuegos, Chavez El Cuchillo, and Jimena Gris.
Fernando El Feo works in the back to keep the place clean.

This multi-story installation is right on the beach. The main entrance is through a ground floor door.

The War Room is a massive structure, containing a large map table in the center of the room but also locked treasure vaults and storage areas for ammunition.
