Austin is a pirate who resides on the island of Bilgewater. He can be found on the far side of Austin's Peak after taking the elevator up from the Great Hall.
He has a set up a table as his writing desk where he works and pirates can come visit him night and day.

Austin's Peak and this incarnation of Austin were named after Austin King, a programmer involved with the TLOPO project as far back as 2014. He passed away unexpectedly in 2021. The Peak and this NPC are a memorial to him and his efforts for the Pirates Online community.
