The Arctic Blast is a Famed Pistol added in the Yuletide Manor event update. The icy blue steel and powerful Point Blank boosts means this weapon lives up to it's name, giving a cold blast of lead to your enemies.
It can only be purchased from Holly Frost in exchange for Moonstones.
