Andre is a French Undead Maitre Boss who may appear at levels 15-20. As a random Boss, he will be found either on Isla Cangrejos or on French Flagships in the High Seas.
This Boss can be dangerous to any low or inexperienced pirates who run into him. He uses a foil to attack like all the French Undead, instead of a Cutlass.
