It consists of defeating some mighty enemies on Isla Tormenta and sinking a lot of ships! Get a higher-level pirate to help you out on this Quest if you are a lower level. This is a very long Quest so, if you want to complete it, be warned you'll have to spend a lot of time on it. These clothes are similar to Captain Barbossa's, and many pirates love to acquire such rare clothes.
