The Admiral Hat is a common hat. They are only available from Adoria Dolores's tailor shop, Dolores Tailoring Shoppe, and in loot. Due to it appearing virtually identical to the hats worn by members of the EITC Black Guard, it is quite popular among EITC and Royal Navy roleplaying members of the game.
